Earnscape Ambassador Program

A Comprehensive Overview of Terms, Guidelines, Processes, and Ambassador Expectations

The following terms and conditions are specific to users enrolled in the Earnscape Ambassador Program. The program is designed to empower passionate members of the Earnscape community and help promote the platform, drive engagement, and foster a positive community for mobile gamers.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the Earnscape Ambassador Program attracts and retains committed and responsible individuals, all participants must meet the following criteria:

1.1 Joining the Program:

Before the FREE Entry Cut-Off Date: Applicants must submit their interest and be accepted into the program by February 14, 2025. Register Here!
After the FREE Cut-Off Date: Those wishing to join after the cut-off date must stake at least 3100 EARNS tokens to buy the required perks, which will become available after Earnscape’s TGE (Token Generation Event), to demonstrate their commitment to the platform.

1.2 Code of Conduct:

All ambassadors must agree to the program terms, the code of conduct, and must have a good account standing to become eligible.

  - Promote Positivity: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging gaming environment for all users.
  - Respect Others: Display professionalism and respect when interacting with the community, including on social media, forums, and other platforms.
  - Act with Integrity: Represent Earnscape honestly and avoid sharing false information or misrepresenting the brand.
  - No Conflicts of Interest: Ambassadors may not promote competing platforms, products, or services while acting in their ambassador capacity.

1.3 Account Standing:

Ambassadors must have their Earnscape account in good standing. This means no violations of Earnscape’s Terms of Service, community guidelines, or other platform rules.

Ambassador Participation & Expectations

The Earnscape Ambassador Program relies on active participation from its ambassadors to foster a thriving community. Below is a detailed breakdown of daily and monthly responsibilities.

2.1 Daily Participation

Ambassadors are encouraged to engage with the Earnscape platform and community daily. Specific tasks include:

Completing Assigned Tasks:
1. Ambassadors will access their daily tasks via the Earnscape app. These tasks are designed to promote the platform and its partners which may include:
  - Downloading and playing Earnscape partner games to provide feedback and user reviews.
  - Sharing or engaging with Earnscape’s social media posts (e.g., announcements, promotions, game updates) from your personal social media accounts.
Community Engagement:
1. Ambassadors act as key community members by:
  - Answering questions from new users or assisting them in getting started on the platform.
  - Participating in Earnscape’s forums, Discord channels, or other community spaces.
  - Providing guidance and support to other users.
  - Encouraging positive discussions and moderating conversations when needed.

2.2 Monthly Participation:

In addition to daily tasks, ambassadors must engage in monthly activities to stay aligned with Earnscape’s goals and initiatives:

Monthly Ambassador Call
- Ambassadors are required to attend a monthly online meeting hosted by the Earnscape team. These calls cover:
  - Upcoming product releases and feature updates.
  - Marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
  - Ambassador performance updates and feedback sessions.

Special Assignments
- On occasion, ambassadors will be assigned unique monthly responsibilities, such as:
  - Helping organize or participate in Earnscape-hosted community events.
  - Writing blog posts, creating social media content, or other creative projects.
  - Beta testing new features on the Earnscape platform.

Earning and Claiming Rewards

The Earnscape Ambassador Program rewards participants for their contributions. Completing your assigned Ambassador tasks and meeting expectations can earn additional reward points, including exclusive perks and other benefits.

3.1 Earning Rewards

Ambassadors earn points through their participation in specially assigned daily and monthly tasks. Here’s how the system works:

Task Feed:
- Access your Ambassador Tasks the same way you would access your gamer tasks through the task tab in the Earnscape app.
Task Completion:
- Each completed Ambassador task rewards points automatically added to your account’s reward point balance in the Earnscape app.
- Tasks are weighted differently based on their complexity, with more challenging tasks offering higher rewards.
Participation Bonuses:
- Ambassadors who demonstrate exceptional participation, go above and beyond their assigned tasks, or contribute to the community may occasionally be eligible for bonus points or rewards. These are known as “Surprise and Delight” rewards and are not mandatory and are awarded on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Completion and Other Events:
- Ambassadors may receive unique invitations to participate in additional incentive events, such as exclusive in-person/online events, beta testing, early access to new games, etc. These Ambassadors will receive special swag, digital badges, or other forms of recognition.

3.2 Claiming Rewards

Redeeming points and claiming rewards is a straightforward process:

Access Points Balance:
- Ambassadors can view their cumulative points balance in the “Rewards” section of the Earnscape app.
Redeem Points:
- Points can be used toward in-app purchases, such as premium features or game credits.
- Ambassadors will also have access to the Earnscape marketplace (launching soon), where they can redeem points for exclusive items, including:
  - Earnscape-branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hats, stickers).
  - Special badges and achievements to display on their profiles.
  - Early beta access to new platform features.
  - Whitelist opportunities for limited offers or events.
Special Ambassador Perks:
- Beyond redeemable points, ambassadors may enjoy unique perks, such as recognition in the Earnscape community and exclusive event invitations.

Program Termination and Disciplinary Actions

By participating in the Earnscape Ambassador Program, all ambassadors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this legal disclaimer.

Earnscape reserves the right to update or amend these terms, policies, or procedures as necessary, with or without written notice. It is the responsibility of participants to review this disclaimer regularly to ensure ongoing compliance.

4.1 Legal Disclaimer

The Earnscape Ambassador Program provides participants with additional rewards for participating, promoting, and advocating on behalf of the Earnscape brand and its platform by engaging within the Earnscape community, including but not limited to its social media channels, in-person or live events, and other community-driven initiatives. However, by participating in the program, all ambassadors agree to the following terms and conditions:

Responsibility for Reward Tracking:
- Earnscape strives to maintain a seamless and accurate reward tracking system. However, Earnscape is not liable for any untracked or uncredited rewards resulting from completed tasks.
- The Ambassador is responsible for ensuring that their tasks are properly completed and recorded within the Earnscape platform.
- Ambassadors are encouraged to regularly check their progress and rewards balance in the Earnscape app. Any discrepancies should be reported to support@earnscape.com within 72 hours of task completion.
Program Termination:
- Earnscape reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time, with or without prior written notice to its participants.
- In the event of program termination, ambassadors will still be rewarded for any outstanding, completed tasks that are properly tracked and recorded in the system prior to the cancellation of the program.
No Guarantees of Continuity:
- Participation in the Earnscape Ambassador Program does not create any implied or explicit contractual rights. Earnscape does not guarantee the continuation of the program or any specific terms, features, or rewards.

4.2 Disciplinary Actions

To maintain the integrity of the Ambassador program, we will need to take disciplinary action against ambassadors who fail to meet program eligibility requirements, account for standing expectations, or violate the code of conduct. The process is as follows:

First Offense:
1. The Ambassador will receive a formal written warning outlining the issue. They will have one month to address and correct the problem.
Second Offense:
1. A temporary suspension from the ambassador program will be enforced. This suspension will last for one month, during which time the Ambassador will not earn points or receive perks.
Third Offense:
1. The Ambassador will be permanently removed from the program. They will lose all ambassador privileges and access to exclusive opportunities.
Immediate Removal:
1. In cases of severe misconduct (e.g., banned account, harassment, fraud, harmful activities) or breach of the Earnscape user agreement and terms of use, the Ambassador is automatically removed from the program immediately and without prior warnings.
